Return & Cancellation Policy

At Bluecrest Advertising Private Limited, we strive to deliver reliable and high-quality products. This policy explains how returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
The delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a return request, customers must provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photo/video proof of the defect or damage

2. Non-Returnable Products
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Customized, printed, or personalized products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Items purchased during clearance or special promotions
3. Replacement Process
If your return request is approved, we will provide a replacement product of the same type.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
If the exact product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered between 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only when:
Replacement is not possible, or
The order is canceled within the eligible cancellation window of 7 calendar days from the date of product delivered.
Refunds:
Will be processed through the original payment method.
May take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping or handling charges may not be refundable.
5. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
The order can be canceled within 48 hours of placing it.
The order has not been dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
6. Cancellation by Bluecrest
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
Unsuccessful payment
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
7. Product Quality Check
Before processing any return or refund, all returned items undergo a quality inspection.
Refunds or replacements will be approved ONLY if the issue is verified.
