1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use") are published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and govern the use of our domain name https://www.bluecrestmart.com (the "Website"), including any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by BLUECREST ADVERTISING PRIVATE LIMITED, a private  with its registered office at 139 Block -d Subcity, Center, Saveena, Udaipur, Girwa, Rajasthan, India 313002(hereinafter referred to as "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Platform and our services, you ("user", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

Nexora Travels provides reliable, comfortable, safe, and affordable land transportation and travel services across India. Our offerings include:

Intercity, local, and tour-based travel by cars, buses, and vans
Hotel bookings as part of travel packages
Customised tour planning and booking

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while booking through our Platform.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
You may not attempt to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content or functionality of our Platform.

4. Payment Terms
We currently accept credit card payments.
All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
By making a booking, you agree to pay all applicable charges for the selected services.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
If your refund is approved, we will credit the refundable amount into the beneficiary's account within 7-21 working days.
Refund approvals are subject to service provider and booking conditions.

6. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, logos, images, text, graphics, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Bluecrestmart or our licensors.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide accurate and timely services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party providers, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
You agree that your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We collect personal details (such as name, contact information, and payment details) only for booking and service fulfillment purposes.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to complete your booking.

12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India, conducted in English in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
If arbitration fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajashthan, India.

13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
