Refunds are applicable only to unused, unworn, and unwashed products with all tags intact.


 

Custom-tailored items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrectly processed.

Initiate Request

Send an email to bluecrestmart@gmail.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.


 

Approval & Pickup

Our team will review your request within 48 hours. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request that you send the item to our address.


 

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.


 

Exceptions


 

Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes may only be eligible for store credit.


 

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
